BC coils or Tein Htechs
I was going through the same debate as you. When I thought about it, it basically came down to 2 things?-
1)What type of driving will I be doing?
My car is my daily driver. I am probably never ever going to take it to the track or do any type of "sport" driving with it. Can I justify spending $1000+ for a better performance suspension kit when I wont ever utilize it? Sure I occasionally take the spirited cruise, but I'm never going to push the car to a point where I will need performance suspension.
2) Do I need the adjustability?
The reason I was soo undecided between springs and coils was because I couldn't find the drop I wanted. When I finally came across the h-tech's I was thrilled. I knew that once I got the right drop for me, I wasn't going to adjust it. I have no reason to. Sure it would be nice to have that kind of flexbility, but seriously, when will i never need to raise or lower it?
My suggestion to you when doing any modification- Find out what you want out of it. Then make sure you will utilize what it has to offer. Too many times i've seen people spend more then needed on a modification and never even use the features it has to offer. It's cool to have but if you don't utilize it, it's just a waste of money. I've been guilty of this too.
But to answer your question. I've had the h-techs for a few days now. It rides pretty close to stock. It looks great and I feel that it performs slightly better. I'm going to get an alignment next week so i'll let you know if I can get the camber close to stock.

Just remember... when you go with Coils you get aftermarket performance struts with them...
If you did the Springs (Htechs) and did it right... you should buy performance struts*** to go with them... bringin the price up....which justifies buying coils to begin with...
*** I dont know if there are performance struts even out yet...

Dont mean to thread jack but ive been thinking about switching to h-techs but do they really lower the back more than the front? I like the aggressive look of a lower front than rear.
I'm not saying it looks bad, but I would much rather have an even drop all around.
Max2theG37 has a great review if you want to read that also, defn made me want coild over springs.
