Is the Sport actually lower?

So I've been going through Infiniti's website trying to find the answer. I have just the Journey Premium with Wheel and tire package, But i really can't see a ride height difference between my suspension and the suspension on a Sport model. All Infiniti says is its Sport tuned, i can't tell if that means its lower or they just have some stiffer stuff underneath to keep body roll and such down. Anyone know if sport suspension is actually lower than regular?

I'm guessing not by the numerous responses.

LoL I hear ya Graham.

I believe the Sport is a tad slower and has the tighter suspension. Now my guess would be that it's less than a half inch lower at both ends. I remember someone mentioning this - so it is hearsay at worst. I havent seen this documented.

Did you mean lower, or "slower," like you said?

possibly both but slower because of the extra weight from the brakes and such

The sport brakes are made of aluminum whereas the non-sport brakes are steel. I believe the total weight of the brake system is the same.

I have a Journey Non-sport with the 19's. I'm wondering if a Sport, obviously with the same wheels, sits lower because of its suspension?

I too have the Journey non-sport with 19" tire & wheel package. From Infiniti website:

Overall Height

G37 Coupe 54.8 inches
G37 Coupe Journey 54.8 inches, 54.9 inches with optional 19-inch wheels
G37 Coupe Sport / 6MT 54.9 inches

So it looks like the Journey with optional tire & wheel package is the same height as the sport or 6MT.

Another reason i'm happy i just got the wheel package and didn't spend the extra coin on sport. I'll get over the front bumper difference.
