How to remove blower motor & filter housing

I have this annoying squeak/ rattle coming out of the back of my blower motor housing where it holds onto the firewall. I’m trying to figure out how to just take it all out, retighten everything and install it back on. Is there any instructions of service manual that could help me.

Here is a link to the service manuals. Just navigate to your specific car.

For this you will need sections:
HA - Heating & Air Conditioning
HAC- Heating & Air Conditioning Control, and
IP- Instrument Panel

It would be wise to download the whole manual as these links sometimes disappear.

Keep in mind that removing the blower box is a very involved task. Might be more work than it is worth. Perhaps you can shim some rubber or foam strips between the box and firewall to mitigate the "squeaks?"

I’ve isolated the noise to this mount, it is not a screw, it looks like a stud. I don’t have enough room to jam foam tape inside the little square. Im
honestly debating just raming expanding foam in there, it is driving me crazy 😂

I would try that or something similar before attempting to remove the entire blower box assembly. That project is not a easy one.

I wasn’t able to see it on the pdf, but would you know where that stud comes from? I believe it’s around the battery area but since I don’t have any direct confirmation it’s hard to know for sure
