Water in passenger floor board 2011 G37x
As the title implies, I have water in the passenger floor board issue. Yes, I understand there are post and videos online on this topic but none of the popular issues seem to be the cause of my water intrusion so please bear with me.
Vehicle: 2011 G37x
Symptom: Water accumulates in the passenger floor board.
Trouble Shooting To Date:
1. I have opened the sun roof and poured water on each side, near the drain. Water promptly exits from underneath the vehicle indicating that the drain lines are not clogged.
2. Inspected A/C condensation drain line. No signs that A/C is causing the issue. Most notable is that water is well above the A/C drain and since water does run up hill, I ruled that out.
3. On multiple occasions I have tried to recreate the leak by simulating rain on the windshield passenger area simply using the garden hose. I have been paying particular attention to the windshield seal and other areas of likely water intrusion. As I type this, the hose has been on the car for 45 minutes with no leak detected inside the vehicle.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
