Instrument cluster resets each time I turn car off/on

Hello, so recently I decided to install an aftermarket interface for CarPlay on my 2009 G37s Sedan. So I mixed up the wiring for the stereo to the AC amp. I have since then returned everything back to normal and removed the aftermarket parts. I burned a fuse and had lost the backlighting to the stereo buttons, climate buttons, and analog clock. I assumed i burned the ac amp box because after replacing Fuse 53, the fuse blew again. I just replaced the AC amp from another 2009 G37 sedan same P/N and everything. My AC works, my car turns on, and the lights are all on again and the fuse hasn’t blown. However everytime I turn the car off and turn it back on my AC resets to off and 75 degrees and my instrument cluster resets to 0 trip, no MPG and no trip timer etc. Any help would be appreciated as I’m stumped. I know it’s not a big issue but I have a remote start and here in AZ I like to cool my car down before getting in.

Check fuse #11 in the driver-side fuse block. Should be marked "METER (BAT)." This is the circuit that provides power to the KAM function for the cluster and the amp.
