Is there a fourth drain that's under the C pillar? If so, is the process of removing the hose and firewall the same as the front ones?

Here's a video displaying what I mean: https://streamable.com/v3f40r

There are four (4) total sunroof drains- one (1) at each corner. Where exactly the rear drains discharge I do not for sure, but obviously they run down the C-Pillar and exit somewhere near the rear wheel wells (likely behind the plastic liner). This is from the new Q60 but the design is the same for the G35/37"s:

You will likely have to remove all of the rear trim to trace the drain hose. This diagram- for the G37- will hopefully help you visualize where everything goes:

Thank you for the visuals! By removing the entire rear trim, do you mean the C pillar, the trim to the side of the rear passenger, and rear seats? Is there anything else that I am missing?

Honestly I am not sure what you will have to remove. I would image you would have to remove the upper side trim pieces and, depending on how the tubes are ran, you will remove additional pieces as needed. You will likely be pioneering this project as I've not found any substantial info regarding rear drain failures.

@sobeIPL I am tagging you as you have had all of your interior removed for your project. By chance do you have any info regarding the REAR sunroof drains- routing, drain grommet location, etc.?

I was actually inspecting mine briefly today before I buttoned up the B and C pillars. I read this just in time b/ I did the left and still have the right all open. All inspect the rear passenger side hose and let you know where goes tomorrow.

Hey, no problem, I actually figured it out with the help of another friend. To get to the rear right and left firewalls, it's even easier than the front ones. You just need to remove the trunk floor mat and various clips that hold 2 liners, then you should be able to readily access it. However, if you need to access the actual drain tubes themselves, then I think removal of the headliner is necessary.
