Signal/City Bulbs not working

My passenger side city bulb and turn signal bulb stopped working. The signal still lights when activated, but does not stay lit while all the other lights are activated at night.

I have changed the bulbs, no luck. For unrelated reasons the headlight housing and wiring harness have also been replaced with new, no luck.

Currently, all lighting is back to stock incandescent. I previously had LEDs installed including a spliced DD resistor for the signal. The new harness eliminated any potential for wiring issues due to the splice.

Ok guys, what are your thoughts? I assume the fuses are fine, but haven’t confirmed yet. Is there a fried wire or connector further back in the line? What else am I missing? Thank you all in advance..

Update, new issues

Suddenly today, driver front turn signal will not function. And even weirder, when activating the passenger turn signal, the driver front high beam flashes.

Any ideas?

By installing non standard LED's you may have damaged your BCM, unified meter, or the the combination meter?
Might be an expensive repair?
See page 20 in the EXL section of the FSM
Good luck

I've never heard of LEDs damaging the BCM. One thing to check though is if your sunroof drain is clogged and your floor is getting wet on the passenger side (where the BCM is). It could have gotten wet, dried, then had issues after.
