2011 G37 Sedan with tear in drivers seat at seam. Is this easy to stitch or fix?

Hi. I have a 2011 G37 Sedan with tear in drivers seat at seam. Is this easy to stitch or fix? If not, does anyone have a sense of how much it might cost to get it fixed?

That's actually in the best spot to fix. If you take off the cover from the seat and flip it inside out, you can easily sew that back together.

this happened to my seat. Same spot. I had a professional repair it. I had him actually change the whole center piece with new leather because over time leather gets dried out if not properly cared for and the seam can possibly open up again. For $200 it's well worth it to have a professional do it. It's not as simple as taking the cover off and turning it inside out. If you dont know what your doing, you can easily screw up the heating element, wiring etc. Plus if you get the seat back and something doesnt work, it's now on the professional to pay and fix the issue and doesnt come out of your pocket.
