Does the gas tank have only 1 fuel pickup?
I'm wondering, does the gas tank have only one fuel pickup? And is it on the right side of the tank?
Had some weird bucking for a couple of seconds the other day like it was starved.
Thanks

The fuel pump is on the passenger side, and there is a secondary pick up tube on the driver's side, that connects to the fuel pump.
BUT if the fuel level is low and you turn to the right, you can get fuel starvation.

Thanks guys, that's what I suspected. Took a really nice right bend on a freeway onramp up a hill and after pulling hard the ramp straightened and I hit the gas and got the bucking.
Scared me at first.

Sounds like you have something in the tank and its getting pulled into the line. I've seen this with pingpong ball prank in the tank. Car drives fine on normal acceleration but you floor it and ball gets in way of fuel line
No, I haven't been able to yet. There is a light at the entrance to this and it's a 2-lane onramp at the beginning. You have to be in the left lane and first in line or you can't go fast enough to try and reproduce the issue. The only time since I've been in the pole position it was wet, so I wasn't able to go as fast.
