I am someone who constantly uses the door arm rest in my car . With these hot temperatures in GA this summer , it’s stretched the pleather and it just looks ugly and like it’s about to rip. Is there any solution to this besides getting another door panel?

 

You could try heat gun and squeegee carefully and try to make it flat

Well use a hair dryer heat up the squished part by passing it over so it doesnt cook 1 spot. Then when its warm enough use a flat edge silicone spatula and lightly push it flat gently. 2nd option light wet sanding to remove the squished film and use leather dye to redye light spot.
