The DRL on the passenger side comes on very intermittently (90% off), and I've had the bulb replaced multiple times with the same results. Now the passenger side headlight is also noticeably dimmer than the same xenon light on driver side.

Any idea what is going on? How can I fix this?

 

Check ballast and ignitor swap sides and see if it does same when you swap then. Also check grounding straps and that battery cells have water if low add distilled water
