G37 window stuck when hot
I have a 2013 G37. For many months now when the car is hot and I open the windows from the remote the driver's rear window would stay up. I thought it was a software bug and didn't do anything about it. Yesterday I didn't use the remote and just got in the car... tried rolling down all 4 windows and all I got out of the rear one was a 'click' sound. I tried it a few times, no luck. After the car cooled down about a half hour later I tried again and the window works fine.
Any thoughts? It's such a strange problem I don't quite know where to start.

Car has been nearly flawless otherwise. Only other issue ever was a leaking sunroof drain. in 6 years and 65k I have changed the basics (oil, filters) 1 set of tires, rear pads, and 1 battery. Car has been virtually bulletproof which is why this small issue is almost shocking!

Is the actuator the same thing as the motor?

Its hit or miss with these sometimes, just be gald it nothing bigger...when you open up the door see if theres corrosion on the motors/actuators...they may just be victims of the sunroof leak issue had...
ebay and scrap yards have tons of these btw as these are commonly replaced parts on cars of all makes and models... the prices aren't too bad...
