Question 2013 G37x Coupe Weather Stripping Question

I have a leak coming from the top of the tweeter on passenger side door. I have watched the leak coming from the top of the weather stripping right above the tweeter. I have tried to fix using that Honda silicone stuff and I also tried to glue it with the 3 M weatherstrip adhesive, but water is still coming through above the tweeter. I have searched the forum and google on this topic and can't find a solution other then changing the weather stripping for $150. I will buy it if I need to, but that is my last resort. Anyone know how to secure this piece better so it does not leak? Before gluing the piece it was pretty lose, is there a specific way to attach it / secure it maybe I am missing?

I can't find just the clips to buy, You need to buy the whole rubber casing...
I don't see any clips on mine, maybe that is why it's loose. Anyone know what these clips look like and where they are suppose to be? My leak is above the tweeter area of the stripping if that matters.
