Hey guys,

I drive a 2011 Infiniti G37 IPL 7AT Coupe and recently got my headlights painted and modified with halos installed in them. I live in Canada and unfortunately all Canadian G37 Coupes had a DRL (daytime running light) relay installed in the headlights which does not allow the low beams to toggle on and off independant of the DRL's. This means and at all times, even during the day, my low beams are on and cannot be turned off . This is pretty frustrating because I just want to be able to run my halo DRL's during the day by themselves as intended. The American G37's don't have this issue because the relay was never installed on any of the vehicles.The only way to bypass the relay so my headlights can function properly is to overwrite my BCM (Body Control Module) with an American car's BCM Part #. The BCM Part # can be obtained by going to the dealer and they plug in their Consult scan tool machine, its a very quick process. I need the same model G37 for this to work, which is a 2011-2012 Infiniti G37 IPL 7AT Coupe. If someone has one of these models and is willing to go to the dealer and get their BCM # for me that would be greatly appreciated! I really want to enjoy my new headlights and have them function correctly..
