reverse lights and backup camera not working

I bought a 2008 g37S coupe 6MT a few months ago, it needed the rear bumper replaced and the optional rear spoiler repainted, no accident damage, just minor damage on the bumper cover, so the tail lights were removed and I assume the rear spoiler was removed.

I got the car back yesterday, the backup camera worked before the work was done, I'm not sure about the reverse lights, I never checked. I looked at pictures online of the tail lights and it looks like just one plug, so they didn't forget to plug something in at the body shop. Any ideas what is wrong, I'm going to get in there with an electrical tester and see if I am getting power back there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Assuming that everything worked properly before you brought the car to the shop for repair, why not bring the car back to the repair shop and have them figure it out? I am not intending to sound like a smarta**, but you paid to have the car repaired. The problem likely could be something they forgot to connect.

Aside from that, the issue could be as simple as a fuse or a shorted/broken wire. Important to note that the backup lights and the back up camera both power on when the shifter is placed in reverse, so it could be a switch issue (AV self diagnostics can check that for you).
