G37 coupe aftermarket spoiler instal help

Hey guys so my coupe has that very unattractive imo little chrome spoiler and i wanted to change it to the oem
looking plain wing, but it seemed as the oem spoilers all had brake lights and since i didnt already have brake on the spoiler i didnt want to purchase one, so i baught one on ebay for about 220 from a vendor named shadow speed and i recieved it today, firstly the camera hole seems abit bigger secondly it only has two holes that im not sure are holes for any oem spoiler and secondly im not quite sure if it fits flush, i really dont want to drill into my trunk it also came with double sided tape but there isnt really a lip to apply the tape and the edge of the bottom of the spoiler is very thin and sharp so id really like some help on what to do with this? Whether i take it to a shop or whatever?

Is this the one? Hard to tell but it almost looks like the ones on the car have the third brake light, which yours one doesn't have.

Someone had a writeup of the install for a different spoiler and it looks like you can get away without drilling.

I have that same spoiler I think. I used emblem glue and 3M double sided tape. I painted the OEM chrome lip spoiler so that the chrome wouldn't show through.

I eventually will be replacing it with a factory spoiler though.
