I looked & didn't see it. Which way is up & which way is down when aiming the headlights with the adjuster screw?

I've also found that if those adjustments arent enough for your liking, there are a couple more adjustment points hidden under some flat black caps on the back of the headlight. I posted a picture of where they are exactly in another thread about a year ago but cant seem to find it.
