Best seat position for chronic back pain?

So I've been messing around a lot with my seat settings since we have a lot of adjustability, and I can't seem to find something "just right" for back support. I have five herniated discs (three in lower back, two in the middle). I had surgery on my lower back this year and since then have really been focusing on correct posture. I have a pool noodle that I cut to put against my lower back to help with the "natural curve" of the spine as I've seen suggested on health sites and by my physical therapist. But we have a ton of options on how to angle the seat. I'm just under 6 foot tall and 230ish pounds. Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated!

Move the entire seat closer to the wheel and square up the backrest until it's perpendicular with the seat cushion. Push back on the dead pedal so your lower back and glutes are firmly placed against the crevice of the seat. Adjust the backrest no more than a few degrees and use minor lumbar support. I'd also advise activating your core while driving since your muscles greatly impact the positioning of your spine.

Try studying how professional drivers sit and this should give you an idea of proper seating position

I will say I just got my 2013 G37x and I'm 6 1 and 160lbs and I find the seats uncomfortable. Particularly the lumbar support. The lumbar support seems low and now strong enough. I bought a lumbar support pillow and that helps a bit. I'm still searching for the best one. I already have a bad back FYI. Not sure if it's just me or more people.
