Hey,

Been doing some research on this situation and haven't been able to find anything out. The Odometer screen has a crack that keeps getting bigger, just hit 60k and this is happening. Looks like someone tried to scribble out the mileage... I have never tried to remove the cluster or the plastic shield, just strange this would start to happen. Any one have an idea of what's up or why this would be happening? 2008 g37 coupe.

Is it really a scratch or a defect in the display (defective LCD?)? What does it look like with the car off?
