Looking to hire someone with Consult/Autoenginuity in Seattle area

Hi,
I'm trying to find/hire someone in the Seattle area with the ability to alter BCM setting on my 13 G37s (with access to Consult or AutoEnginuity). I'd like to disable the window roll down with fob and physical key from the outside. I consider this to be a security issue. I've gotten quotes as high as $300 from the dealer!

BCM optons for Power Window DOWN SET
Unlock button pressing time on Intelligent Key button can be selected from the following with
this mode.
• MODE 1: 3 sec.
• MODE 2: Non-operation
• MODE 2: Non-operation (desired setting)
• MODE 3: 5 sec.

I'm also looking into disabling the trunk release lever on the dash (not using the valet button in the glove box). Has anyone discovered a clever way to do this? (PM if it's something you don't want posted for the crooks to see) I'm also going to disable the back seat fold down from the interior.

Easiest way to disable the trunk button on the dash would be to just disconnect the button wouldn't it?
