Question 2011 Fog Light Relay Location?

My fogs went out. I tested to see if they were getting any power as I just got new bulbs (diode dynamic XML2) and they were not. I checked the fuse next to the battery and everything was fine. I'm thinking it could be my fog light relay but I cannot for the life of me find where it is (if it even exists). Can anyone help me locate it?

Quick note: it just rained for the first time here in a while and the fogs went out the day it rained. I don't know if there is a correlation but thought I'd throw that out there.

Thank you in advance.

The XML2's are fully waterproof FWIW

Check your fuses and wiring to make sure everything is intact and in good working condition

Thank you for all of the replies! I called the dealership looking for IPDM relay which turns the integrated front fog lamp relay ON and they said they only sell that relay as an "entire unit" which costs $900. What a joke!

Has anyone needed to replace any of their relays for exterior lighting or any of the relays located in the fuse box that is on the side of the battery compartment (parallel with the side wall passenger side)? Was it necessary to replace the entire unit or were any of you guys able to replace as a separate unit?

Seems like a nightmare to pay $900 for the entire fuse box unit just to get power to my fogs again.

I'm going to check my switches to make sure that they are all functioning correctly before moving forward with a solution. I'll keep you guys posted.

In the meantime, any replies with experiences in regard to my questions above are much appreciated.

Try removing the replacement bulbs and go back to stock bulbs before troubleshooting with a multimeter

That wouldn't be of any help because the fogs aren't getting any power. It's not a bulb issue.

Have you looked at the FSM?

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G37/Coupe/2011/EXL.pdf

Just from a quick read I think you have a bad connection otherwise you would have other lights not working.

Did you check the 15Amp fuse #58 as described in the FSM?

Front fog lamp IPDM E/R #58 15 A

See page EXL 48

Take those bulbs out and put the OEM bulbs back in.

If still not working take it to a Infiniti dealer and let a qualified technician find your problem.

So...ended up taking the car to the dealer and I hate to post this and admit that I completely over-looked that the switch was off for the fogs. I thought that the ***/switch that turned the headlights on controlled everything and I guess tunnel vision got the best of me. Fought 2 hours of traffic at 6am yesterday to get to the dealer first thing in the morning and I bet I was the joke of the day after I left...

Thank you all for you help - I hope I got all of the stupid out of my system for the year.
