Headlight Adjustment Stuck?
Headlight Adjustment Stuck?
So after lowering my car, I noticed my headlight pattern is dramatically reduced in distance. I tried following this link:

and when I try to adjust the headlight, for some reason, I can only turn the **** about half a turn before I encounter some resistance. Turning it further seems to force it an extra turn and it snaps back, seemingly like I've turned it to its limits. This happens both ways (i.e. if I turn it counterclockwise, I can only turn it about half a rotation before it gets stuck, and when I turn it back clockwise, it goes about another half a rotation before it gets stuck again). With the lights on, I notice that the half rotation barely does anything in terms of raising the cutoff.
Now when I try adjusting my foglights (i.e. DRLs up here in Canada), they turn no problem. I can turn them 1, 2, even 3 rotations and they just keep happily turning.
Anyone encounter something similar to this? I have a 2010 coupe if that makes any difference.
