Headlights (hi & low) doesn't work

On my 08 coupe, both headlights high and low doesn't turn on at all. I do have daytime running lights and turn signals work. When pressing for high beam, the blue dashboard icon comes on but no actual lights. I noticed that the auto setting doesn't turn off lights automatically and it's set to turn off in 30 seconds.

Was any work done just prior to this problem?
First thing to check are fuses.
Next obtain a multimeter and the electrical schematic for your vehicle from the FSM that you can search for.

Good luck

Isn't it odd that the auto shut off doesn't work either? As if it doesn't know if it's on auto mode.
