replacing light interior?
replacing light interior?
All suspension mods are complete and now it's time to move to the interior.
I'm considering replacing the light gray headliner/pillars with charcoal suede (and dye the plastic parts) It's impossible to keep the factory fabric looking good if you keep your windows/sunroof open or let boys ride in it.
Has anyone gone this route? I understand it will make the interior feel smaller but I've seen a few coupes with this change and I liked it.

Keith did it in his and I thought it looked pretty good. I have almost all the parts but haven't started my project yet. Definitely something that I'll do this spring/summer.
I saw a G35 ? that decided to go charcoal instead of black and to me it looked a lot better. I have a auto interior shop close by that suggested headliner-specific suede vs. alcantara. What material are you using?
He has a 35 as well, I just can't remember the spelling of his handle. I'll be going with a black suede. I've just been too lazy to buy paint and spray adhesive.
Though now I'm thinking to CF a couple pieces too.

I did my whole interior in black suede like 4 years ago. Every single piece too. Came out great. You just need a lot of time on your hands and you gotta take your time and make sure it all comes out right. The headliner was the hardest piece to wrap
