Looking to see if there's a vender that makes either smoked replacement tail lights or some sort of clear tails for a coupe.

I didn't find anything in my searches.

I know I can use vinyl or tint but I want to change the style of the lights.

I too would like something like this for my sedan (the smoked outer lens isn't necessary, but may look nice). I'm looking for something that's sorta like a Euro-Style taillight where the outer lens is clear, and the internals are red where necessary, but without the chrome.

Try Bluebatoverlays. Overlays are the easy way to go. several different options such as darkness,Gt-R look and a few others. Whats nice about this is you can remove them just like tinted windows. Andy with bluebat can be found on this site.
