Help with HID fog light install

What is the best way installing passenger side fog light bulb? Do you guys remove the whole bumper? or remove the washer container? I tried everything and I am simply stuck. Thanks.

just remove the engine splash gaurd sheild from underneath the car along with the bottom bolts connecting the bumper and fender together, then you can access the fogs very easily. The bumper is very easy to take off as well and there is a DIY on the bumper removal.

Take the bumper off, why are people so averse to removing the bumper?

the 2010+ bumper is different slightly from the DIYs on here. There are two bolts in the wheel well area for 2010+

all screws on the bottom plastic piece, 2 the in the wheel well on each side, the 4 or so expanding rivets when you open the hood.

lastly there is one on each far end when the hood is open right where teh fender meets the headlight area.

the 2009 DIY shows those in these pics:

so its literally the same, just the extra bolt in the wheel well

Is there? I've got a 2012 coupe and I only have one bolt in each of the wheel wells.
