2010 Coupe X Replacement Tail Lights?

Hello everyone

I have been searching just about every website I've ever bought off of to try and find some replacement tail lights for my 2010 G37 X Coupe.

The reason why I want an extra pair of tail lights is because I would like to tint my tail lights, however if I were to mess up, I would like to know that I have a replacement pair waiting for me.

If anyone could comment a link to a replacement pair, that would be awesome!

Thank you!

they are standard g37 tail lights. you can find them anywhere depending on the price you want to pay.

I understand that, however I am only seeing the sedan no matter where I look.

Put a post in the classifieds as a WTT (want to trade) and maybe you can find someone within a reasonable drive that wants their tails back to stock, happens quite often.

I can understand the desire to have a set of backups, but a full set of taillights for the G37 is going to set you back several hundred dollars. For that price, you could just get your taillights professionally tinted and make the shop liable for any replacement work if necessary. I also suspect Chekov will be here sometime to talk about not tinting taillights. He's correct though, looks are all fine and good, but tinted taillights open you up to a whole host of liability for accidents and tickets. It's also recently a cause for instant inspection fail in my area.

True^^
If you plan on doing it I'd go w/ the GTR style that keeps the light output intact or at least not nearly as diminished.

Thank you for the advice.

In my area, tinted tail lights are not a big deal honestly, but that is why I would like a replacement set just incase.

I believe ebay is going to be my best bet in this situation.

+1

Never ceases to amaze me the way people will darken taillights (or go blue/purple on headlights). Some tint jobs I've seen are so black you can hardly see them at night, let alone daylight.

What's 'cool' about getting rear ended?
