2010 G37x Coupe driver side low beam turns on and off

Hey guys been looking through several different forums and could not find an answer of what's going on. I installed 6000K D2S bulbs last week and they worked fine when I first installed but couple days now I noticed that whenever my headlights auto on my passenger side turns on fine but driver side turns on and off in a second. Only fix currently is switching the headlights on and off 2-3 times then the low beam starts working again. Pretty moderate hassle. Any ideas? Is the connection loose or the ballast module is messed up? Note it worked fine for OEM bulbs.

sounds like a bad bulb. the old bulbs had a ballast and an igniter, they are in one unit now, and if the bulb isn't working right, it wont stay lit.

So why does it work fine after switching headlight off and on a couple of times? That's the weird part to me, if it was bad bulb it wouldn't even start working.

uh. not the bulb. ignitor/ballast is bad. problem will only get worse until it won't light at all.

It was the bulb considering the stock bulbs that were in there worked fine after I put them back in, hopefully Diode Dynamics gets back to me soon, riding around with stock on one side and 6000K on other looks weird. Thank god its not the ballast/igniter that would have been expensive to replace.
