driver side dome light stopped working, i out a new bulb in too see if it was the bulb but no luck... maybe fuse ?

Did you try flipping the bulb in place? Some bulbs require you to put them in a particular orientation.

Do you have a volt meter? Check to see if the socket is getting power. If not you have a break in the wiring somewhere. Is it the light that can be turned in manually by pushing the lens covering? If so the switch in that might be bad. Volt meter will help isolate the issue.

 

Swap with the working bulb. That will verify it's not the bulb.
