Game: Can anyone tell me where this trim piece is from?

Hi Y'all. Here's a little game for ya...Bought my G ~6 months ago. When I did the initial clean-sweep of the car I found this trim piece sitting in the trunk. But for the life of me I can't find where it came from?!?!? It's stamped Nissan and a perfect match to the interior color of my car. It looks like it broke off, but from where? Stamped with an "R" it looks like it belongs somewhere on the right side of the car. Maybe it broke off an they replaced it already, and I over-looked it b/c I'm looking for a place where something is missing???? Been bugging me every time I see the piece sitting in my tool box. I don't wanna toss it "just in case." OR is someone from the dealer play a cruel, evil joke on me?!?!
Winner will get.....kudos! Seriously...I can send you a bar of Kudos, your choice of flavor

Definitely interior trim, I'd guess a cover for your seat bolts (covers the bolts that hold the seat rails to the floor), or a cover for the lower seatbelt bolt.

I don't think that's from a G. Perhaps the end caps of the overhead grab handles? I'd guess Altima.

This was my initial thought. But I checked them all and nothing was missing nor did anything look the part. Unless there's another further under the seat?

BB, you're saying someone's playing a cruel joke on me?!?! The more I look at it, and not currently sitting in my car to compare, the texture of the mystery piece doesn't look "quiet right." Unfortunately I dont' have an Altima on hand to confirm...ohhh..but I do have Pinebelt Nissan up the road from me that I've always wanted to go visit.....Can you suggest a model year you think it's from? I kid. I kid. I should just toss it...Outta site, outta mind..but what if........? I hate my OCD (not really diagnosed, but then again we're all OCD to a degree)....It get's worse with age!
