I've used dr. colorchip and the dealers pen, trouble is with the plastic front bumper when you get a scratch or rock chip, usually it deforms the plastic around the ding/scratch. This makes it almost impossible to get a smooth finish with a touch up pen. Also if you have a metallic paint like I do (graphite shadow), it's difficult to do the normal fill and wet sand as the metallic flake ends up getting removed and the paint looks a bit duller compared to the rest of the car.

You should be able to go to any decent autobody paint shop and get them to mix an exact match of your particular paint color in a rattle can or touch up brush.

I tried going with the ebay color match, it's okay, but I wouldn't use it on anything bigger than a rock chip.
