HID headlight replacement HELP! 13' g37x sedan

I ordered my hids from diode dynamics (great customer service) but everytme i go to replace the hid bulbs, one always blows out? but when i put my stock bulbs back, they work fine?? has anyone had this issue? please help!!!

Had same problem with mine. Apparently the ballasts are picky about what they're connected too. Anytime I tried a cheap aftermarket same problem, one wouldn't work right. I would have to flip the lights on and off three of four times for it to work. I've read of other members not having an issue with cheaper bulbs, but not in my case. I just gave in and bought the Osram CBI from motive mods. Expensive, but they always work.

This is an issue due to the ballast on our model year.
Non OEM bulbs usually have this problem...this is why I purchased the Osram Xenarc CBI bulbs.
Since they are manufactured by Osram/Sylvania which is OEM.
