Anyone know where I can get something like this, but just 1? I don't want to order a pack of 50. White or clear is ok...just need to be blank. I have a parking permit I need to display, but with multiple cars so I need to be able to transfer between them.

Check out your local craft and or stationary store and see if you can find something plasticky that would work for you then use your existing parking pass as an outline and cut out your own for display?

 

I tried looking at office supplies stores, thinking ID or badge holders would work. But I was hoping for something that I can hang on my rear view mirror. I'll check local bookstores and stationary stores. Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

 

$20 shipped for a pack of 25. Buy the pack, take what you need, sell the rest in small lots on ebay. You'll save a whole lot of time trying to find an alternative.
