Exclamation Removing haze on headlight

Has anyone removed haze on the INSIDE of their headlights successfully? I think I remember someone said to not do it because the inside doesn't have a protective film like the outside has & if you were to clean it, you might scratch it up and make it more hazy. I just wanted to ask before I tried some things on it. any input would be helpful! Thanks

Yeah, I tried to clean the inside and it was damaged beyond repair. Try and avoid using products on the inside. You can wipe it with a microfiber cloth lightly.

I wouldn't mess with the inside, you can go somewhere like autzone and get a liquid that you can put OUTSIDE your headlight and it will clean the haze

But the haze is on the inside of the headlight. So that would be a waste of time lol

I have condensation in both of my lights and I was told I could clean the inside of mine but very lightly because it's not recommended. But in my case it's the only way to get the condensation out.

Would swishing rubbing alcohol work, then pouring it out and letting it dry? I wouldn't rub the inside with anything.

How would just swishing it around work? Have you heard someone having success with that??

I don't know. It was just a thought. It could only be a thin film of something that needs to be rinsed out. Do you think it needs like a cut and polish or something?
