Problem with Passenger side DRL installation

I've been having problems installing DRL replacement led bulbs in my G37xS coupe. The bulbs seem to pop out of their sockets and the sockets seem unusually difficult to tighten. The one on the passenger side (front) DRL the LED sieems top out of their housing. Does any have any tips on how to secure the lights please?
I have a 2012 xS coupe....This is the second LED that pops out of its socket.

Never had any issues with 194/168 bulbs from V-LED, used on 4 separate cars now. You have to twist the socket to lock it in place a seat it (and make it waterproof).

+1. Double check you are locking that connector in place. I hope it's not cracked which would explain why it keeps rejecting the bulb.

A little advice from me may help you save some headaches in the long run.

Before you reinstall that loose led bulb back into the housing i highly suggest you use black tape to secure the bulb to the socket. The cheap LEDs are like that, they will loosen up over time and worse thing that can happen is drop the bulb inside your headlights.

As far as screwing the socket back into the housing, you need to get it exactly at that spot. Otherwise it will not lock. I usually insert the socket into the headlight and look at it from the outside before I attempt to lock it in. by doing that you can see if the bulb is in the correct angle then you'll have to turn little by little till it locks in.

Thanks for all the advice guys...very appreciated. What we did: There are two contact clips on the led bulb we pried them apart and then in the actual socket we bent in the clips a bit closer together and now the bulb is secure and solid. Just needed a bit of work.
