I have the same interior. I like black too but I did not want to under take a huge project. So I did a couple of small things for know. First, I ended up replacing the center console cover with a black one. That alone made a big difference. I then bought the black/weather OEM floor mats. I'll take a pic later today if possible.

Finding salvage yard interior is a hit/miss deal. I have gotten lucky in the past, right place, right time.

I forgot I posted a link about my console sandstone to black swap. See below. And yes, you can do it cheaper, I had money but no time.

I have one black passenger door panel left if you want to start this project, you would be suprised, piecing it together was a relativley simple/fast process. Carpet is pretty cut and dry, removing the gas pedal was my biggest issue but once I figured it out, it was a breeze. If you have stone interior you need the following:

Seats w/rear center console
Door Panels
Rear Quarter Panels
Package Tray
Seatbelts
Door Sill Moldings
Front Kick Plates & Fuse box cover for drivers side
Carpet vent covers
& If it bugs you the door weather stripping.

The only pieces I didn't change were the two panels between the rear seats and trunk, but you can't see them with the seats up, and I never fold mine down, so it wasn't an issue for me.

I couldn't do the stone or wheat seats. It reminds me too much of my Outback Ltd. The black seats make tinting mandatory, but lets face it, you wanted it tinted anyway.

I'm hopefully closing on a G37x coupe in the next few days, and I was more specific on the interior than the exterior color. I could see having it contrast-stitched red or white to bling it out a bit.
