1 headlight is brighter than the other

Just wondering if this ever happened to anyone. I recently bought 6000k headlights from 1 of the vendors here and after few days I noticed that 1 is much brighter than the other. I'm pretty sure there's no left or right on our bulbs or is there? I've emailed numerous times & left message for what other options I have but with no reply.
Am I missing something?
Here's a pic from about 5ft away from wall.

Still no response from vendor

don't wanna have to remove them to compare if they're same part number but might have to.

this is not the only that has gone wrong. i had issues with their city bulb not sitting properly in the socket and the resistor was damage for the turn signal.
