Ok so I was popping around under my drivers console today.I took off the plastic cover under the steering Colum.it also held the hood release latch.i took it off and finished doing what I was originally doing.put everything back together along with latch.now my hood will not lock on either side.anyone have some suggestions or where I can find the locking mecanizime under the hood?thanx

 

The cable for the hood release latch that runs underneath the plastic radiator cover is being pinched or is stuck somewhere. It happened to me when I removed that plastic cover too. Look for the cable, it should be on the passenger side.
