Help Please! Tail light problem when braking.

I own a g37s and I recently found out that my tail lights along with my third braking light, don't light up when I'm braking. I don't think the tail lights themselves are broken because at night when I lock the car with the fob they light up fine. I have no idea what is wrong and I'm afraid that I might get rear ended if I brake too fast, and the car behind is not alerted. Is there any way someone may assist me in resolving this? thanks

My process to fix things like this goes something like:

1) Drive car to dealer.
2) Tell dealer to fix it.
3) Profit.

Edit: Unless you were ****ing around with something back there, in which case you better cover it up first. It worked for my ECU so I don't see why something like this would be a problem.
