You will get a lot of responses but the majority of folks (self included) highly recommend v-leds.com as previous person said.

are you looking for smd leds?

I haven't try these out myself but I would buy a few and test it to see how reliable they are.

I used surface mount style like these because they had more light output according to the specs compared to the standard style led. Pretty happy with them, going strong after 1 year. Had to mock up a back plate to attach them to and placed that inside the shroud, wasn't as simple as drilling out the shroud and slipping bulb leds in.

I just spent $80 and bought 20 high powered LEDs. I know they are expensive but I'm hoping they'll last forever. I'm going to try and wire/install them to the reflective plate in the headlight. I also bought the plastic holders. I've tried to contact 180 and MrWorks and have had ZERO luck.. so I'm going to try it myself. I don't think installing the LED's in the reflective plate will be that hard. lol. Unless the dam reflective plate cracks.. Then I might be in some trouble! Does anyone know if that's what the above companies are doing? or are they replacing the plate with some other type of material and then installing the LEDs? Either way I'm going to figure it out. I've been wanting to paint the interior portion of the headlight anyway. Wish me luck.

10mm LED high power
