Thumbs down License Plate Bracket Removal PROBLEM!!!

Just purchased my 2008 G37s coupe, and unfortunately the license plate bracket was already installed and thus there are two roughly dime (maybe a little smaller) size holes behind the plate and bracket.

for those of you who have this issue OR those people who are body shop guys, is there any way to remedy this problem? can those holes be filled or something, this is very upsetting!!!!

Get some plugs or you can get them filled at a bodyshop.

I had the same problem when I bought the IPL, I made them swap out the bumper with another IPL that had just arrived.

Go to a hardware store and get some plugs for ~$1. They come in white or black, and since your car is white, you won't need to paint them.

Plugs it is for now, im going to think about the AIT-TS kit (AKA s-tech kit if i understand correctly) later but i understand that there are some fitment issues or it does take some manipulation to fit properly.

Hey guys, I'm new here. I just bought a 2008 G37s Coupe, and I removed the front license bracket also. Where are the plugs located in the auto parts stores, and what do they look like? Thanks for any help!!

You can go to any hardware store and buy general use hole plugs. They should be where the screws are. Just buy the right size, paint them with some touch up paint and shove em in.

Yay, problem solved, ya can't even tell there was ever dime sized holes in that bumper!
Be sure to take it to the car wash every week or whenever it gets dirty too. That will keep it in showroom condition.

You really should use the Bumper Plugs already factory matched paint, seems iffy with method above
