So some a-hole sideswiped my passenger rear panel, leaving me a small horizontal dent on the wheel-well crease and a few scratches. I haven't been able to see it in the light yet, but I noticed one of the scratches showed a black surface underneath the paint. Is this the primer?

Does anyone know of a reputable shop in the Philly area (i live in Media) where I can get paintless dent repair and touch-ups on the paint? I don't want to repaint 2 panels b/c that would cost too much for something this minor. I saw Mulloys Automotive on Yelp and they look promising, but there were only 2 reviews for them.

Additionally, is this something insurance would cover, and should I even bother? I don't mind shelling out $200, but anything over would be painful.
