Nice, so really all you need besides fogs and pigtail is the 2 lower grilles/with hole cut-outs for the 2011 non sport.
According to a post by Igor at 180, the 2011 grilles might not fit.
But looking at various TYC replacement housings (Maxima, Sentra, Altima).

There could be a way to cut a hole through the 2010 vent, mount it from behind
using through bolts.
Then use the the (ugh) 2011 chrome ring thingy to cover.
You guys sre using the 2004 Sentra lights:

I could try that but another option would be 2010 Altima
Notice they are the same as the ones you will use, but the brackets can be
broken down to make it the 2004 Sentra, or leave the top part of the mount that could bolt to the faux vents upper mounting bolt!!

Lots of homework here.
If anybody wants to buy the fogs on the rockauto link and doesn't have amazon prime to get free shipping, you can use coupon code TOH1212 to get 5% off...and it's good until the 15th of January
Got my fogs from here and there glass.
