Will the pigtail from a HID kit be compatible? It looks like the same input as the ones from my HID kit cable that I have spare laying around.

If they are giving you the run around, bring it somewhere else lol. I made that mistake one too many times and had my cars sitting in the shop to get something painted for 2-3 months at a time! Never again!

I know they wanted to pull that on me but I went there yesterday n raise hell I was also wearing my police uniform. Five minutes after I left my buddy calls me to let me know they started to work on my bumper lol. I think it should be ready by Friday hopefully.

haha nice!!! That's the way to do it lol, I was a corrections officer and I always got better treatment in my uniform lol. I don't think anyone ever read my patches or badge to see that I wasn't a police officer

Y would this unlikely work ? Is it the length ? Curious also because I ordered an HID kit for my lower fogs but unsure if I still need that pigtail w my hid kit . If anyone has any info on this lmk , I hate messing w wires and such hope this is all plug and play I really don't wannabe grounding wires and making custom connections or modifications to work.

Diego, unfortunately us with the 08's in order to make the fogs to work we will have to make custom connections. I will let you know if pigtail is need it with the hid kit.

If you order an hid kit for the factory fogs (in headlights) the pig tail that comes w the kit will be plenty long just specify the bulb for the new fogs. They do mixed kits like that as a lot of retrofits are done. I ordered a mixed kit for my bike 1 h9 harness and 1 h11 harness but with d2s bulbs for my e55 projectors.
