Yes, I have gone through all the part numbers from IPL numbers, 2011 sport bumpers, and Aero 2011 bumpers, ect. I did a lot of research working with orderinfinitiparts.com as well as my local dealership. To my knowledge 2011 sport bumpers come unpainted for around 283.00. The IPL bumper when I made this thread was priced at 283.00 as well. My friend actually tooo this idea and purchased the bumper. It was on backorder for a month but he finally got it in as IPL color Melbac Black then he painted it. After people started purchsing the IPL bumpers at a low price Infiniti noticed and drastically raised the price to where the Aero bumper was. Just recently the Aero bumpers price looked as though it was lowered to the 283 instead of the 1400 price which part number you stated above, but they are currently on back order and due to be shipped begininng of NOV. So now the IPL bumpers are priced very high, the Aero bumper is priced back down where the sport bumper is although the Aero bumper comes painted. So prices have changed over the recent months. So as of now some colors for the Aero bumpers will be priced at 283.00 so that is why it would be a great idea to purchase. Also sport bumpers can be purchased at 283.00. But the IPL bumper is priced around 1400 as well as some colors of the Aero bumper.

 

I think there is a difference between the 2010 Annvs. style bumper which come without fogs which is also considered an Aero pkg and the 2011 Aero pkg in which the Aero bumper comes with the fogs. Not sure though

 

The guide I have is for 2009-2012 MY. There must be an easier way to determine what is suppose to be what, even with the FAST system this is out of control.

The only difference between the aero and IPL bumper is the chrome bezel trim. Makes absolutely no sense why they priced the bumpers so far apart. If you plug that last part number I gave you into orderinfinitiparts.com, you will see the year is for 2010.

The other number I gave you is for model year 2011.

I could easily build a data base with all color code specific part numbers, but hell you don't know what is what with the information given.

 

So what I am guessing is the 2010 Annvs. Edition bumper which is also the Aero bumper without fogs is still 1300.00+. At the same time 2011 released the 2011 Aero Pkg with fogs and that bumper is priced at 283.00 and comes painted. So all you would need to do is get the 2010 Annvs edition/aero bumper lower grilles....

Well, I checked on all the comments I made and they are all correct. This is all good info. I am actually in the process of another bumper idea stay tuned.

I order 2011 Aero Pkg with fogs for $283. All I need is the lower grilles. Anyone know where to get it?

 

I think you might want to double check your order. You most likley ordered the bumper cover only, fogs are about 170 a piece. You also need a washer tank for the 2011's unless your already have a 2011 model.

 

Yeah I know, I dont want the fogs, I need to replace the faux vent to cover the one with the fog hole. I'm thinking of adding an Led strip in the faux vent like Yogregb's.

Alright, this is the only one that I have received. It just got here from Japan. It is white, and there are some more white ones hitting land in the US. Please take note that they come with the grilles!

The other colors are supposed to hit the US soon. As of right this second they are still the $283.48 price. But I expect this to change VERY VERY soon. I saw Nissan's invoice attached to the box, and it was well over $1,500!!!! Our price next month will likely be much more!

Just got the same email. Damn it includes the grilles??!?!?!?! What a steal. I'll upload the pictures he sent me. They are the grilles for the foglights which is still great cause now I will be forced to not be such a cheap ass.
