Fuse blown while replacing interior dome lights

Ok so i was replacing the interior dome lights a few mins ago and i managed to put one of the leds in on the right side and it works fine. When took out the left side light and put in the led, it blinked for about a second then the right side went out. I had the right side on so i could use the light to work on the left side. I suspect that i have blown a fuse? I tried my power seats and they didnt move, the headlights aren't turning on either but the high beam works. i haven't tried to turn the car on yet, i will try that in the morning. Can someone make out what might have happened? Any help would be fantastic. I've never changed anything inside my car before and this is the first time i tried this and ofcourse something wrong happened .
