Just installed 8000k HID headlights & LEDs

Help: i just purchased a pair of Garax d2s bulbs and it seems that one of them doesnt turn on ( drivers side ). When i use my oem bulb it always starts but as of now i have to turn the lights on then off and on again to get it to fire up. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Is it because i have a 2012 and it has future technology? Or do i simply need a relay new ballast or new bulbs? I believe the Garax lights i have are 35 watts. The bulbs i had before were from ebay and they would not fire on start up and they would take 5 times to turn on and off the lights for it to stop flickering and dimming off. Any suggestions or past experiences with the same problem? This is annoying me real bad since i just bought the car and i have to constantly turn on the headlights on and off leaving me choice but to leave the headlights off and not on auto.
what i have found with hids when you need to turn them on and off to get them to fire up it means the ballast is bad, or you could have a bad connection somewhere.
As far as hid kits and bulbs go, idk what you are paying for these kits from ebay or garax.. but the police outfitting company i work for and I use DDMtuning.com all their kits and bulbs have a lifetime warranty, their cheapest kit is 35$ i believe and their bulbs any K are only $15
