I do like that darker shade of red, more unique... I want to find some white infiniti stickers to put on when I paint mine, then I will clear coat over those. Anyone have any leads on those??

what the hell is all this spray paint crap? If youre going to do it, and do it cheap, then do it right. Finagle69 used this on his: G2 - producer and distributor of the G2 BRAKE Caliper Paint System Set and other high quality carstyling and performance products. and its applied with brushes so there is no overspray on your brakes. Also you can pick any color other than their standards. I'd do this before spraying and you can go online and order the Akebono sticker to go on the calipers so it looks somewhat professional.

Good Luck!

^^ Any shop that can do vinyl decals can do make them. Just provide the image of the logo.

I was going to buy a duplicolor brake caliper kit until I opened the box...it comes with the same kind of paint but instead of spraying it you apply it with a brush...but whatever works for you I guess lol

Here's my spray-painted one. I would advise against decals if you plan on tracking your car -- the heat will be enough to turn them brown.

Thanks Here's a pic of it masked. By the way, for the OEM set-up, Nissan didn't even bother painting the inside half of the calipers.

Are those the BBK calipers? My 08' Journey calipers don't look anything like that.

^if you got the sport package for the G coupe then that should be what your brakes look like. infiniti did not offer the akebonos on the sedans until the '09 model

anyway i would highly suggest you powdercoat the calipers or paint them how soundmike painted his. very professional looking mike
