i had this problem, first notice it while washing my car with garden hose. The dealer adjusted the window height on my driver side, there is a really small gap where the glass 'did not' meet the rubber molding (right on top of the small treble speaker). Then I notice the same thing on my passenger side, I told them about it but they didn't adjust the passenger side. If I remember correctly, the service manager said all they was hook up to the computer and didn't have to take anything apart.... quick fix if they're willing to do it

 

I have an 08 coupe and it leaked badly from both windows (same area). I took it to the dealer and they claimed they'd never heard of such a thing (they apparently don't read these posts). They did replace my weather seals as a "gesture of goodwill". So far, that's fixed it (fingers crossed).
