Are Pillips Ultinons suppose to look like this?
I changed my stock 4300K Phillips bulbs with 6000K Phillips Ultinon bulbs. But for some reason they don't look white with the hint of blue like 6000K should. Their pure white with a hint of pink to them. Someone told me Phillips Ultinons are suppose to look like that. I'm just wondering if it's normal/.
6000K is NOT supposed to have any blue in it. 6000K should be PURE WHITE. so if you bought it looking for blue you got the wrong color temp. Go for 8000K if you want some blue in it.
I don't know about Ultinons, but every 6000K I've ever seen is pure white and 8000K is white with a slight blue hue to it

Yeah that I've never heard of before. I've never seen 6000K with any blue in them but even so that sounds much more "normal" than pink...I don't know where pink came from
